1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the LeadBaba CRM SaaS platform, website lead capture SDKs, APIs, and mobile applications provided by Digital Web Hub ("LeadBaba", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Subscription & User Accounts

Each subscriber company is granted access to configure team accounts, lead routing automation, industry sector workflows, and capture forms according to their selected subscription plan tier. Tenant accounts must maintain valid credentials and are responsible for all activity conducted through their authorized users.

3. Data Ownership & Tenant Isolation

Your tenant data — including leads, inquiries, customer details, employee notes, audio logs, and attachments — remains your exclusive intellectual property. LeadBaba enforces strict multi-tenant isolation, ensuring your data is inaccessible to any other company or unauthorized third parties.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use LeadBaba services for unlawful purposes, spam generation, unauthorized automated scraping, or transmitting malicious code.

5. Service Availability & Support

LeadBaba strives to maintain 99.9% uptime for cloud infrastructure, universal webhook receivers, and real-time socket events. Support is available via help tickets and email at support@leadbaba.in.
