LeadBaba collects subscriber business information (company name, administrator contact details, billing details) and lead inquiry records submitted through your configured capture forms, website embed scripts, or mobile app submissions.

2. How We Use Information

Information collected is used solely to provide CRM services, automate sales executive routing, send scheduled follow-up notifications, and process subscription renewals. We do not sell, rent, or monetize your lead or customer data to any advertisers.

3. Data Protection & Security

All communication is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS. Passwords are cryptographically hashed using bcrypt. Access to tenant data is restricted through JWT authentication and role-based permissions.
